Hey everyone! Welcome to this week’s blog post. I hope you enjoy and leave feeling inspired!
Hi guys! I hope all of y’all had a great week and a merry Christmas <3. Who’s ready for the new year? 2021 here we come. In this post, we are going to be talking about goals. New year, new goals. Make sure to subscribe to my blog so you can receive emails every time I upload a new post. Enjoy!!
Goals. Goals provide us with a reason to work hard. Having goals makes it easier to stay focused and motivated on what you want to accomplish in your life.
It is easy to say that you want to accomplish this and that but it is harder to actually stay motivated and strive towards your goals.
EXAMPLE: On December 31st, you might say your goal for 2021 is to be the best version of yourself. In order to achieve that goal in the new year it’s going to take patience, hard work, and perseverance. You start off the year strong. Eating cleaner, journaling, meditating, and exercising becomes part of your daily routine. BUT, with time, you start to feel unmotivated and don’t want to continue working hard. Now, slacking off becomes part of your daily routine. Your 2021 goals quickly get pushed to the back of your mind. What happens now?
How to Keep your 2021 Goals
It is hard to achieve your new year’s resolutions but it can be easier. Here are some tips that will help you achieve your 2021 goals.
Having a planner helps so much! Writing and planning out your day helps you be more productive and get more things done. You can get planners at Walmart, Target or Amazon.
Maybe instead of setting a goal you want to accomplish when the year is over, set monthly goals. Every month have a new, little, and easier thing you can attain. Small goals can help you stay motivated.
REMEMBER WHY YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL! Think of how amazing your view will be. When you remember your why, your how will be so much easier.
