-STOP COMPARING YOUSELF
This is SO important. When you compare yourself to others, you can start to think you are less of an amazing person then you actually are!
-DON’T WORRY ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE THINK OF YOU
I know, it can be really hard to not care about other’s opinions, even I struggle with it sometimes. But it’s important to understand people are going to judge you no matter what you do. If they’re talking bad about you behind your back, just realize they are behind you for a reason. Keep being you! ❤
-POSITIVE SELF TALK
Make sure the voice in the back of your head is telling you positive things! Self talk contributes A LOT to self love. Be nice to yourself! Don’t let your mind bully you 🙂
-GET RID OF TOXIC PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE
It’s ok to unfollow people in real life!! If the people in your life don’t bring you joy and happiness, then get rid of them. You don’t need someone who’s going to bring you down. Be with individuals who make you feel good and loved!
-BE EASY ON YOURSELF
I’m totally not the best at doing this, but don’t be so hard on yourself! Acknowledge that you are trying your best. Sometimes, it’s completely ok to not do it all. You are already doing amazing!
