My Guide on Ways to Practice Self Love

Hey everyone! Welcome to this week’s blog post. I hope you leave feeling inspired!

Hi guys! How was y’all’s week? In this week’s post, I am going to be sharing my guide to having the perfect self love/care day. Make sure to subscribe to my blog so you can receive emails every time I upload a new post. Enjoy!!

Some self love acts you can do are…..

I think a great way to get your mindset in the right place is to journal. The journal above, I really recommend, and you can find it on Amazon.

-Drink your Water and Fuel Yourself

Drinking water and eating will make you feel so much better. It’s so important to make sure that you are drinking enough water and eating nutritious meals.

Go to the mirror right now and say that you are AMAZING! Seriously, go do it!! It is game changer.

-Do Something You Love

Whether it’s exercising, watching Netflix, or gardening, try to do something every day that you enjoy doing. Don’t just work 24/7 and do nothing you like. It’s important to live a life that you look forward to living! ❤

Smile, it’s important 🙂

Meditate on all of the good, everything you love about yourself, and things you’re grateful for. It’s a great way to clear your head and get a thankful heart.

-Be Present

Don’t think about the past and don’t worry about the future. Way easier said than done; I’m not the best at this :(. But, it’s important to be present. Think about today, not yesterday or tomorrow.

I hope you enjoyed! Comment how you like to practice self love!!

REMINDER: Love yourself always. ❤ You’re amazing. I’ll see you next Sunday! Have a great week and continue running up your mountain.

-Sierra ❤
