Every Wednesday, I am going to start posting a quick workout you can do from the comfort of your home. Feel free to do this with or without weights. Comment below if you tried this or are going to! Enjoy
10 MINUTE ARMS AND LEGS WORKOUT
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds followed by a 20 seconds rest to get in some cardio too!
- squat to overhead press
- plank to squat
- deadlift to upright row
- lateral lunge hops
- burpees
- wall sit hold with bicep curl
- renegade row
- push ups
- bulgarian split squats
- jumping jacks
Repeat as many times as you want! Let’s get those gains!!!!!!
