Biceps and Triceps Workout

  • wide bicep curls
  • bicep curl to overhead extension
  • single bent over row
  • skull crushers
  • alternating hammer curls

REPEAT 2X!

I did this workout yesterday and it burned!! In a good way of course 😉 haha
