Here are my top 10 things I love to do that boost my mood. 🙂
- After a workout, I always feel GREAT!
- Play with my dog
- My dog is ADORABLE btw haha
- Listen to music
- A great way to feel energetic and happier
- Eat something
- Food=good mood
- When the space around me is organized, I feel better
- Be with family or people you love
- Surround yourself with people who love you!!
- Take a nap
- If I’m sad, sometimes a good nap is a great way to cure that 😉
- Facetime a friend
- I love to call my friends and stay in touch
- Journaling is a great way to clear your head
- Run or bike riding
- Cardio really clears my head and makes me happier
