Core Circuit- Workout Wednesday

Hey y’all! Welcome to Workout Wednesday. Today, I am going to be sharing a quick core circuit you can do from your house. Enjoy!!

THE WORKOUT:

Circuit #1

  • oblique crunches
  • high knees
  • shoulder taps
  • full sit ups
  • burpees

REPEAT 2X!

Circuit #2

  • all around the world crunches
  • alternating toe taps
  • plank jacks
  • heisman
  • bicycles

REPEAT 2X!

*Having visible abs is not always realistic for some people so instead of striving for a perfect 6 pack, strive for a stronger core*

Also, you CAN’T spot reduce fat!!! Don’t just do 100 crunches and expect to see a six pack.

LET’S GET THOSE GAINS!!!!!!!!!!
