Hey y’all! Welcome to Workout Wednesday. Today, I am going to be sharing a back and shoulders workout you can do with dumbbells. YOU GOT THIS!!!!!

LET’S GET THOSE GAINS!!

THE WORKOUT:

  • lateral raise to forward raise
  • bent over row
  • renegade row
  • bicep curl to shoulder press
  • pushups AMRAP

REPEAT 2X!

GO GET IT DONE! TODAY IS YOUR DAY! MAKE IT A GREAT ONE!!!
