Hey y’all! Welcome to Workout Wednesday. Today I am going to be sharing a quick full body circuit you can do at home. Enjoy!!

LET’S GET THOSE GAINS!

-Step ups to reverse lunge

-Bicycle crunches

-Wall sit with bicep curls

-Pushups with twist

-Burpees

REPEAT 4X!
