- It’s good for you
- Water is just good for your overall health. That should be the BEST reason to drink water!!
If that isn’t a good enough reason for you, then I have 5 more!
- Good for your skin
- Water is great for your skin! People who drink more water are less likely to have wrinkles so that’s a plus 🙂
- Helps you feel full
- Sometimes when you think you’re hungry, you are actually just thirsty!
- Prevents headaches
- A headache can be caused by dehydration so drink up!!
- Helps with physical activity
- It’s important to drink a lot of water, but even more if you’re active!! Stay hydrated!!!!
- 8 glasses a day keeps the doctor away!!
- DRINK YOUR WATER!! Once again, it’s soooo good for you.
