  1. EASTER EGG HUNT

This activity is pretty common, but so fun!! This is a tradition in my family and in the eggs we usually put candy, little toys, and some money.

2. CRACKING CASCERONES

This is another tradition we do and I always look forward to it. Don’t tell my sister, but I always target her hahaha! (shhhhh)

New Beginnings

Spring represents new beginnings, renewal, and change. This season literally means a fresh start.

So, why are you still thinking about what happened or didn’t happen in winter? Maybe you weren’t active, weren’t productive, or weren’t successful in winter. But, that’s ok! Forget about last season and focus on this season. Don’t dwell on every single mistake you made in winter; it’s over and done with!

CHANGE

Maybe, you don’t want a fresh start and change. Change is hard, but also necessary in order for you to grow as a person. Sometimes it can be easier to stay in the same place and keep everything the same. But what’s the reward of doing that? You don’t gain anything in your comfort zone. This is your sign to allow change to come onto your life and not fear it!

I love that quote because if you want something different in your life, you’re going to have to change something!

Hi everyone! How was y’all’s week? I have had a GREAT week because I found out that I made my high school’s varsity cheer team! “Hard work is the formula for success.”

There are no shortcuts to success. There are no elevators to success. There are no secrets to success.

If you want to succeed, you have to work hard! It’s easier to be lazy now, but in the long run, you’ll be so thankful that you put in effort. Working hard will always pay off. Work ethic, perseverance, and commitment are the only ways to get ahead.

Think about a goal you have then ask yourself this question: “Am I doing anything to achieve this goal of mine?” Maybe your goal is to get an A on your test. Well, are you studying and preparing for the test? You want to get stronger? Well, are you working out? Work hard for what you want!!

MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Since summer 2020, I had a goal. My goal was to make varsity cheer. I wished to make the team, but I also worked for it, Every. Single. Day. I went to practice Monday-Thursday, and on Saturday’s, to improve my skills. I stretched and did different drills every single day. Trust me, there were A LOT of days I didn’t feel like it doing it. But, I knew how amazing I would feel if I worked hard and succeeded. So, I pushed past my laziness and persevered. And, I succeeded.

You many not want to work hard right now. But, don’t you want to succeed later?! Do your future self a favor and work hard for what you want! ❤

Hi guys! I hope y’all had a great week! I literally can’t believe it is already March!!! I am so excited for spring! Spring represents new beginnings. Maybe some of y’all are looking for a change right now. If you are, then this is YOUR SIGN!! Go change your story 🙂

I am looking forward to spring break haha! Even though this break may look different this year for some of us, it can still be so fun! Focus on the things you can do rather than can’t. You can be with your family more, have a staycation, and go outside to appreciate nature.

-Drink your Water and Fuel Yourself

Drinking water and eating will make you feel so much better. It’s so important to make sure that you are drinking enough water and eating nutritious meals.

-Affirmations

Go to the mirror right now and say that you are AMAZING! Seriously, go do it!! It is game changer.

-Do Something You Love

Whether it’s exercising, watching Netflix, or gardening, try to do something every day that you enjoy doing. Don’t just work 24/7 and do nothing you like. It’s important to live a life that you look forward to living! ❤

-Smile

Smile, it’s important 🙂

-Meditate

Meditate on all of the good, everything you love about yourself, and things you’re grateful for. It’s a great way to clear your head and get a thankful heart.

-Be Present

Don’t think about the past and don’t worry about the future. Way easier said than done; I’m not the best at this :(. But, it’s important to be present. Think about today, not yesterday or tomorrow.

This is SO important. When you compare yourself to others, you can start to think you are less of an amazing person then you actually are!

I know, it can be really hard to not care about other’s opinions, even I struggle with it sometimes. But it’s important to understand people are going to judge you no matter what you do.
